Elise Peeples

Elise has been designing and creating her unique and wonderful dolls since 1984.

Many of her dolls have been displayed in numerous shows and featured in various

doll magazines for the past 20 years. She now lives and works in Vancouver , WA

When not at home she can be found working at an alternate high school in the

drama department. She is the creative genius behind the costuming and props. This

is no small feat on a shoe sting budget. In the past few years she has taught for

Art Fest in Port Townsend and has developed a marriage between paper arts and

fiber dolls. The results have been marvelous. This year at Camp Doll U she will be

teaching two new classes, that will show you some of the techniques she has learned.

Come and play!

Create a collaged flat figure using fabric, paint and paper. Embellish with words, embossed lace and beaded baubles. Student gets to choose a stamped, paper clay or Fabricform face. Finish the figure with embossed metal mesh wings. This is a great class and it is a great opportunity to learn from a truly versatile and fun instructor.
